Jutta Troch is a freelance musician and plays both baroque harp and contemporary concert harp. After studies at the conservatories of Antwerp (classical harp) and Ghent (contemporary chamber music), she gradually shifted her focus from being a classical performer to a versatile musician within various musical genres. This both in the context of music productions and music theatre performances where there is plenty of room for improvisation, own arrangement and composition.

In recent years, she has toured nationally and internationally with Company De Spiegel with various children’s performances. She has also been invited to work on concerts, CD recordings and music theatre productions by Het Paleis, Muziektheater LOD, Hof van Eden, Het Marthatentatief, Ratas Del Viejo Mundo, Zefiro Torna, In Alto, Ictus, Zwerm, Tuning People, Nadar Ensemble, ChampdAction, Spectra Ensemble and B.O.X. (Baroque Orchestration X) with whom she collaborated with Efterklang, Dez Mona, Spinvis, Pitou and An Pierlé.
